Time to play! North Rockland Central School District leadership and New York State Assemblyman Patrick Carroll joined West Haverstraw Elementary students and staff to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the school’s new adaptive playground. The improvements include a new playground, whirl spinner, climber net and communication board, made possible through a State and Municipal Facilities Program (SAM) grant secured with support from Assemblyman Carroll.
